Three Councillor vacancies – apply by 29th May

Are you interested in local issues? Do you wish to serve your community? Could you provide a voice for residents?

Following the local elections, Lapworth Parish Council has 3 Councillor vacancies.

Please contact the Clerk, Helen du Bois (clerk@lapworthpc.org.uk) for information about being a Councillor and/or to register your interest.

To qualify you must be at least 18 years old and you must not be debarred from standing as a Councillor.

Also:

  • your name must appear on the current Electoral Register for Lapworth

OR

  • you should have resided in or within three miles of the parish during the whole of twelve months preceding 31st May 2023

OR

  • your only place of work during the whole of the twelve months preceding 31st May 2023 was in the parish.
