Stratford-on-Avon and Warwick District Councils are working jointly to
create a new Local Plan for South Warwickshire.
A Local Plan sets out the planning policies that the councils will use to
assess applications for development as well as identifying (allocating) sites
to meet our future development needs for housing and job growth
We want to hear your views on how South Warwickshire develops up to
2050. The new Local Plan will affect the way we live, work, visit and play in
the area, and it’s important to have your say.
